Members of The Swedish-American Historical Society receive tangible benefits not afforded to non-members. Every quarter, you receive The Swedish-American Historical Quarterly. Our respected and frequently quoted Quarterly has been the leading publication during the past half century to document and interpret various facets of Swedish immigration and settlement in "Nord Amerika."

The Society sponsors, publishes, and sells books dealing with the history and meaning of the Swedish presence in America, as well as books of letters and personal reminiscences. All titles are valuable sources for historical or genealogical research.

Members receive discounts on book purchases, and new members receive free books!

New members on the Sustaining Level and above receive a free book when they join and in addition are sent a newly-published book every year or every other year thereafter.
